To my muse...
TIME PASSES
Time passes freely like a love, and a friend.
Time passes easy all to the end.
My creator has given me the joys of my life.
He's given me these joys to see with my eyes.
He's given me a friend, and a love in you.
I count each and every day the blessings that come my way.
He's given me a friend, and a love in a very special way.
You have given yourself so freely to do special things for me.
I thank the creator cause he's given me a love, and a friend in you.
I thank the creator giving you a heart that I can trust to the end.

THE COMPONENTS,
HOW, WHEN, & WHERE
IT WAS MADE
I made this coat sitting in my Lodge (Tipi) at
Arapahoe, Wyoming just after the Sun Dance,
at the Blue Sky Powwow grounds in 1995.
This coat is made of White Deer Skin,
lined with a Hand Woven Whitney blanket.
It has a HORSE HAIR SCALP LOCK that came
from a wild mustang in the Wind River mountain range.
Several BRASS CONES attached to the fringe.
The liner (Whitney Blanket) came from a trade show
in New Ulm, Minnesota, 1989.
The whole coat was hand cut, hand stitched,
and all the fringe is hand cut.
As the pictures show, it is all hand sewn with Sinew,
and woolen red and black yarn.
and the second belt is DEER LEATHER
with a HAND FORGED BUCKLE
